Upon enrolment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Share, sell, or sublicence any content to third parties.
- Reproduce or republish content in any format without written authorisation.
- Use content for commercial training, resale, or derivative work creation.
3.3 User Submissions
If you submit code, feedback, comments, or other content through the Services, you grant Valzora a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and incorporate such submissions for the purposes of operating and improving the Services. You retain ownership of your original submissions.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
4.1 Pricing
Workshop and course fees are displayed at the point of enrolment. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Valzora reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorise the charge for the specified amount. Valzora does not store sensitive payment information on its servers.
4.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is as follows:
- Requests submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content may be eligible for a full refund.
- Requests submitted after the above period or after substantial content access will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Workshop session fees for live sessions are non-refundable once a session has commenced.
- Refund requests must be submitted to help@valzora.online with your order reference.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Guarantees
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Valzora makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5.2 Educational Purpose
Course content is intended for educational and skill development purposes only. Valzora does not guarantee any specific outcome, employment result, or business performance arising from participation in workshops or use of course materials.
5.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valzora and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. Valzora has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
7. Modifications to Services and Terms
Valzora reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination
Valzora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its discretion, including in cases of breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or behaviour harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your licence to access course content will immediately cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive termination.
9. Governing Principles
These terms are intended to be interpreted in a fair, reasonable, and balanced manner. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall constitute a continuing waiver of that or any other term.
